This was a new build project. The client required a large format black glazed clay pan tile to be
installed across 75% of the roof area, butting into a large glass roof to the final 25% area. Incorporated into the system was insulation,
ventilation and a manual opening Velux roof window.

This was a refurbishment project which involved removing all old defective
clay plain tiles and associated ridge tiles, and replacing with new Marley Eternit Acme Double Camber Smooth Red Clay Plain Tiles, with
matching clay Ridge Tiles, some of which were crested.

This was a refurbishment project which involved removing all old defective clay pan tiles,
associated ridge tiles and timber battens/underfeltss, and replacing with new Sandtoft Neo Tuscan clay pan tiles and matching clay ridge tiles
on new 50x25mm timber battens and breathable underfelts.
