This project consisted of removal of the defective built-up felt
roof coverings and replacement with a new Bailey Roofing Systems installation. A self-adhesive vapour barrier was installed, 120mm
PIR insulation board and a single layer adhered Mineral Surfaced Cap Sheet with hot-air welded laps was installed, leaving the roof
guaranteed for 25 years.
East Norfolk 6th Form College, Church Lane, Gorelston, Norfolk

This project consisted of removal of the defective built-up felt
roof coverings and replacement with a new Flag-Soprema installation. A basic underlay felt was nailed to the existing close-boarded deck, and a
new single layer torch-on Mineral Surfaced Cap Sheet was installed, leaving the roof guaranteed for 20 years.
Great Yarmouth Crematorium, Oriel Avenue, Gorleston, Norfolk

The existing roof coverings were prepared for the new
IKO roofing system to be installed over. The existing felt coverings were used as the vapour barrier, with a new 120mm thick insulation board
bonded to it. Then a self-adhesive underlay felt was installed, with a torch-on Mineral Surfaced Cap Sheet, leaving the roof guaranteed for
15 years.
New Pharmacy / Health Centre, Market Place, Hadleigh, Suffolk

This was a partial refurbishment and a partial new build project. All areas of roof
were insulated with 120mm insulation, and had a 3 layer high performance built-up felt waterproofing system installed over, with a Mineral
Surfaced Cap Sheet finish, leaving the roof guaranteed for 10 years.

Surfaced Cap Sheet finish, leaving the roof guaranteed for 10 years.
James Paget University Hospital, Lowestoft Road, Gorleston, Norfolk

built-up felt waterproofing installation. The existing felts were cleaned and prepared as necessary, and a 3 layer high performance built-up felt
waterproofing system was installed over, with a Mineral Surfaced Cap Sheet finish, leaving the roof guaranteed for 15 years.
